Personal Values in Mediation:
- Focus on utilizing a problem-solving process to create mutually agreeable solutions.
- Guide the participants through a process that helps them to communicate with one another, identify their issues, generate their own solutions, and reach agreements that satisfy everyone's needs.
My goal in mediation is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where each party feels safe and comfortable in expressing their feelings and discussing potentially difficult topics.
I bring my extensive experiences as a psychotherapist and attorney to the resolution of complex personal and legal problems that prevent divorcing Couples from achieving their individual goals.
One of the unique aspects of my approach is the strong emphasis I place on individually customized approach to each case. Rather than simply treating clients "by rote," the individual needs, wants, strengths and resources of each client are carefully considered.
