What is the cost of mediation?
Since each case is different, we can't quote a price on the web site but
would be happy to talk with you about it in person at our free mediation
orientation. At the mediation orientation, you'll come in together with
the other party (and your lawyers, if you wish) and you can meet a mediator
and decide if mediation will work for you. Most mediations take a total
of 6-9 hours (2 to 3 sessions). For some cost comparisons, click

Do you require a retainer?
We do not require a retainer. You pay for the sessions at each
session, before you begin. We charge as you go, rather than requiring
a big retainer up front, so that you're always in the driver's seat.
