How can we get started with our divorce mediation?

Sometimes, both people involved in the conflict decide at the same time that mediation would be helpful. They simply call for an appointment, and we set one up. We can typically accommodate new appointments within 7 days of the first call, and often sooner.

Most of the time, however, one person calls our office to find out more about how mediation works, and to find out how to suggest to the other person how mediation might work for them. When you call, you can speak with our Dispute Resolution Associate in the office to find out more about the process, and to have some information sent either to both you and your spouse or parent of your child, or just to you.
